Awesome experience! This was our first time tubing, and they were so helpful. We got there at 11:00, which we told is the best time to beat the really heavy crowds. Worked out great because when we came back from tubing they were slammed! They have a picture board showing various points along the river and what to expect/how to prepare for each. A shuttle returned us. Highly recommend!

Chuck's tubes was a great experience. We arrived early like suggested and were taken care of immediately. Kayla got us checked in and answered any questions we had. There was 6 of us. The tubes we're in great condition, much better than the tubes at other establishments. The river was great as well. Very clear and clean. Just an overall relaxing experience. At the end we were picked up and taken back on a shuttle. The shuttle is a party in itself. Good music and fun driver. When we got back we were famished so we ordered some burgers there. THEY WERE DELICIOUS! After burgers we decided to float again and stock up on beer. My husband went to get beer from the general store. To be honest I was getting ready for it to be expensive like other places that provide beer and it was super reasonably priced. Getting back out on the river was easy too. We floated again and had another enjoyable experience. When done we checked out. Kayla was still there and happy to help. The staff was the best part. They were all super chill and willing to take the stress out of everything. We used a Groupon so the price to float was cheap and would have been reasonable even if we didn't have one. Keep up the good work Chuck's.

The people were great and the service was well priced. Stopped by on my way to San Antonio for the weekend. Very relaxing float down the river after a 3 hour long drive, when we got to the end there was a bus waiting to take us back to my car. Super convenient!

Amazing customer service. Every employee had a smile and was very helpful. We forgot a couple things and they supplied replacements without charge. When in the area, I will only tube with Chuck's.

They take care of you and answer your questions, plus give you a comfortable feeling as if your part of the vip guest list. Just great folks. Gotta try there munchies..everything is so damn tasty...love there Italian beef sandwich...excellent! Owners a great host!!
