I used this company to send flowers to my Grandmother's funeral.  The only requirement I had was that the arrangement had to contain snapdragons because Grandma always planted snapdragons in her flower bed.  The arrangement was OK--it wasn't as pretty as some of the less expensive arrangements from other companies, but from across the room, it seemed acceptable.  However, when I got closer, I realized that they had substituted snapdragons for another flower--after assuring me that they had tons in the shop.  I will never order from them again.  :(
