I called first thing in the morning and the tech was at my house shortly after and fixed my issue.The tech was prompt on arrival was able to fix my heating issue within 1/2 hour and was very helpful in suggesting things I will need in the future. To be frank, I am still waiting on a part and phone call from the company I originally had out to my house from Nov. 1st. I had numerous phone calls with them and I feel like they were giving me the "run around". Bottom line I am very pleased with how things worked out and will use your company in the future for my needs.

Chud solved my AC problem in less than 1 hour!  (2 other HVAC contractors had tried, but couldn't solve it at all!). Their service visit involved solving the need for a common-wire, for Nest thermostat installation. I'm very satisfied. They were very customer oriented. Very competent. Very responsive - a real person answered the phone, and the repair tech came the day after I called, even though it wasn't an emergency. I definitely recommend.

I highly recommend Chud for heating and A.C. We had a new Lenox system put in a few years ago and it runs great! Their technicians are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Paul was our last technician to do our summer service and I felt comfortable leaving my house to take my son to camp while he was there. Every technician I have had in the past I would have done the same with. They seem to know how to hire great, professional people!

Chud installed a new HVAC system for me about 3 months ago. The system has been working well. No complaints. They've been helpful, friendly, prompt and left work areas neat and clean. I would use them again.

Chud came out to give me an estimate. I had gotten 4 other estimates. Rich was the one who came out and I felt comfortable that he knew what he was talking about. Rich had identified problems that the other companies didn't even see. When it came time for the installation, they were on time and very professional. John and Matt did a great job. I am very pleased with the installation of my new high efficiency heater and ac system. My utility bills are significantly lower compared to last years. I would recommend this company to anyone.
