Vending machines didn't work 50% of the time. The water park is small but the rides are enjoyable. Lifeguards need to take a chill pill. Everything is pretty clean, but old. The food place in the water park served several people in our group expensive cold food. If you're looking for a place to stay, it's fine but if you're coming to the dells for the water parks, skip this one

Attended a wedding and stayed over night. Room was beautiful and very spacious (2 bedroom condo room) and the wedding was spectacular (was held in the tent.) great food and service there. But our room was right next to the elevators. I don't know if that's why, but throughout the whole entire night you could hear this loud clanking sound every 30 seconds or so. Everyone in our room could hear it and barely slept. Even my 3 year old. Other than that everything was fine..

We only did the water park was included with our americinn. Both of us didn't expect much but we're very impressed. No line on a rainy Sunday and had 2 very original fun slides (the mat one and the tube funnel one was great) would go again after finish. Just make certain to go in knowing it is still be constructed. Not all slides are up and strong saw dust smell. 

Great place both of us said we had more fun than Kalahari.

Go somewhere else. For claiming to be a resort I was very disappointed. When I called to reserve a room for a wedding I requested a single king. The representatives response was "so I'll put you in a junior suit". I questioned what that was and informed him that was too much room for us. Again he responded with you will be in a junior suit. Ok. We got to the room and the beds were sagging in the middle, there was hair all over the bathroom floor and the check out time is "before 10:30".  Walls were paper thin and we could hear everything. Also we had a very strangle soap situation next the the outside sink and microwave. Not worth the price.

Pretty nice place to stay for the family. It's located out in the middle of nowhere, but if you're in the Dell's, you're more than likely driving everywhere anyways. Rooms are comfortable and clean. The water park is sufficient for kids...splash pad, lazy river, couple water slides, pool & hot tub. Entire resort kept clean. Service very friendly. Definitely cheaper/bigger park options in the Dells that are closer to the action, but if you're in a jam...or score a good deal, this place will be fine for the family.
