Story

Our goal at the North 7th Street Church of Christ is to promote New Testament restoration. We pray for unity of God’s people founded upon the examples and teachings of the first century church. This congregation offers family-integrated worship, beautiful a cappella congregational singing, Bible-based teaching, observance of Communion every Lord’s Day, a time of prayer, and a free will offering.

Mission

Our mission is:
•To go into our local community, as well as support evangelistic outreaches in other places (Acts 1:8), and preach the Gospel (1 Cor 15:1-4) of Christ.
•To preach that Christ Jesus died for all humanity (Rom 5:8) and only by faith (Col 2:12) in our act of obedience (1 Pet 3:21) through baptism (Rom 6:1-4) are our sins washed away (Acts 22:16).
•To teach those new Christians the ordinance of God in all aspects of life (11 Pet 1:3-11)
•To proclaim that Christ will return (1Th 4:16) and bring judgment for all humankind (Heb 9:27; 11 Cor 5:10-11).
