Do not eat there the staff is extremely rude. It isn’t clean and you’ll be waiting awhile for the simplest of orders. If Deion is working front cash leave asap she has a very nasty attitude. She should be fired. I repeat do not eat at the Church’s in LaPlace, LA.

This is by far the worst ran location. I've been to Church's across the U.S., and this is the slowest, never prepared, uncleanness location. On Friday nights at peak hours they never have enough chicken cooked. There's always a wait on spicy. They tell you 15 -20 minutes, and you wait 45- an hour. Then the staff has attitude when you ask them about the wait.

This place (NEVER) has ANY chicken fried there is ALWAYS a wait..they even served BURNT chicken one time ....Only ONE fryer working? Awful just Awful place of business ....REGIONAL manager needs to stop through and see what the. problem is....so sad...smh  awful .....just awful...smh

Wait time for chicken, twenty minutes. Rude behavior and disrespect from the staff is uncalled for. They are so young they don't understand people can hear you through the drive thru window and read the body language. The staff does not care about the inconvenience, because they get paid regardless of how many customers drive off empty handed.
Close at 11 and out of chicken before ten. Deep fat fryers need to be cleaned before ope or after close, not during business hours. Training and supervision need to improve.
