If I could give this place a NEGATIVE  rating, I WOULD.
Where do I start.... lemme see?!?
During the time I had to wait for 20 MINUTES in the drive thru line just to be called up to the window to place my order????
Or by the time I received my food after 30 MINUTES and TRIED to eat a french fry that was RE-COOKED in the fryer????
I USED to be a Church's fan.
NOT ANY MORE.
This was the WORST EVER Church's I have EVER been to.
It's going to take awhile before I ever go back to any other location.

This manager is a true "people person" and has a knack for customer service. I have a feeling he's working with very little however.
Also the store is old and run down a bit, but the service and food is better nowhere!

This place is absolutely disgusting! I waited 30 minutes for 3 minute strips ! Had my order all messed up! . I should of known better necer again will i even attempt to go here again! Very unprofessional and unsanitary!

Ordered 30 piece chicken strips. Half spicy and half regular. Only got 6 pieces spicy. Mashed potatoes werent mixed up and had barely any gravy. Try to call to complain but apparently their phone doesn't work. And from other reviews I see it wouldn't do any good to complain

The chicken was cold and old. Had to wait on macaroni and it was burnt. The rice was dried out. And the store was lacking employees. My biscout which is the only reason i went there was hard as a rock with no honey sauce/buttter on it.
