Very mixed feeling on this one. The key word is slow. They were slow taking my order. They were slow filling the order of the one person in front of me. They were slow filling my order. A simple 3 piece, white meat. They got the order wrong and didn't give me my drink. He made up for that by giving me a 4 piece and I told him I was sorry if I was a bit gruff. I got home and... he forgot my side order of slaw. When I got home though, the chicken was just as good as when they first opened up across the street from the college I went to in Chicago, many, many years ago. With only a two man crew, they were understaffed and I'll have to go back and see how they do when it's at full staff.

Church's Chicken on Azusa Ave. is my favorite place to stop and get 3pc. regular chicken with biscuit when I am in the area. Good service, value price and great taste is all there. Thanks.

They really get a good scald on the chicken which makes it very crispy &crunchy  the way I like it.  I like to get half regular n half spicy with lots of their delicious hot sauce.  The biscuits are to die for

Too bad that the staff are not well trained comparing to other chains. They they sometimes walking around not knowing what to do when there are too many customers. Hence, everything is sloe. Anyway, I'm here for fried chicken which is really good.

Rating this based on customer service drive thru it’s supposed to be fast I was waiting for them to take my order for like 30 mints yes you might ask just leave but I’m pregnant and I was craving chicken other than that chicken is good just need to get better on staff
