Wonder place for a quick workout. Facility is rather small, but it's very very adequate for what is needed. Best of all, it's never too overly crowded like others. There's always a piece of equipment available. And also, staff is super friendly and always cleaning. Yes, this gym doesn't smell like a gym. It's kept in pristine condition and never dusty or dirty. They even sanitize machines. Very recommended.

I go everyday . The staff are some of  the most polite happy people I have met in a gym.

Love going here.. the staff is very friendly. The facility is clean and they ha e an awesome variety of machines and equipment. I just wish that if you come with a premium men we they had the same perks, like the hydro bed and tanning. Especially if the couple is married. But other then that awesome place!

Nice gym, Chuze is the best gym ever, however I like the Garden Grove location a lot better. This one while clean, and awesome staff is way too small for my liking. Locker rooms are tiny. Gets busy real quick too even tho it doesn't seem busy. If you need a quick workout while you're shopping at the mall, this is perfect, however if you are.a more serious dedicated lifter, go to the Garden Grove location
