Dr. Gutierrez and Dorcas Yates have done a great job with my mother, unfortunately her cancer has returned and they are following her through this terminal process. They have been available to her 24/7 with any questions or concerns. Thank you for all that you do!

This is a very horrible place I have ever experienced.I have been coming here for over 2 years now, but I have not seen any changes or improvement in the service. They need more staff in the administration office to take calls that are on hold for more than 20mins and keep up with the sign in sheet for those who have appointments and walk-ins. Don't know why there is a sign in sheet when patients just come in and form a line. Also having private calls during business hours is VERY RUDE!!!! I have appointments set up but don't get any call reminders....either phone is down or having technical difficulty with the electric.it's very upsetting and gets frustrating. I'd prefer Lovelace Women's Hospital for prenatal check-ups and birth delivery.

Worst service provided I have ever experienced. The staff would rather talk with each other than care for their patients. I have gone to this facility a few times trying to give them a chance, but when I'm forgotten about in an exam room and sitting there with my sick daughter for an hour. I lost hope in this place. I am currently waiting for radiology results from studies that have been done a week ago and I call to get results. They tell me they do not have them back from the hospital; when I have the results in my hand as I'm calling to get the next step in my care. Absolutely horrible! They need a new administrator to get the staff focused on their patient's and not on their own little dramas at the facility. Go to PRMC in Albuquerque, don't waste your time here.

ABSOLUTELY WORST PEDIATRICIANS IN THE STATE. This center went through three pediatricians in six months, all of which were TERRIBLE. The last pediatrician we saw, Dr. "O" (because the receptionists are too stupid to learn the name of the doctors that work there) was rude, unprofessional, and seemed terrified of children. She must have gotten her medical degree online, because she clearly hardly ever interacts with children. Dr. Rocha takes about an hour to half an hour to see anyone, even though Grants is tiny. She is also incredibly rude and condescending. The staff messed up my daughter's shot records. I am so grateful to live in Albuquerque now. Take your child to Albuquerque, Albuquerque Health Partners is on the edge of Albuquerque on Coors. The staff and pediatrician at Albuquerque Health Partners are professional, kind and intelligent. It may be a drive but it's worth it to get your child decent health care.
