They need new police officers! There are some officers I witnessed that just don't do their job right. That's the reason the rate is low the Cicero Police Department need to wake up! You serve and protect not discriminate or abuse your power and scare civilians. Overall, there used to be a puerto rican guy mix with black 5'5 or 5'7 he used to fingerprint people in 2013. Now the guy I just refer should not be entitled for that position as well as many others who don't do their job right.

Very easy to navigate the office. 

In the summer I love their community events they are free and are really fun.

Unfortunately I had to pick somebody up from here whatever so I get there around 3 in the morning and I'm greeted with nobody I waited 10 minutes no big deal I understand they are busy so I finally get a nice Hispanic lady who was nice enough to take care of me but her Captain came around and try to interrogate me and I had nothing to do with the situation he treated me as I was a criminal which I am not I understand the man's out there fighting crime all day but you still have to treat people with respect and dignity you are of course representing the law and town of Cicero Illinois and you are supposed to smile while you're doing your job if you don't like it you can go work somewhere else maybe you need to have a prep talk and tell them how to treat individuals

One time, I called them because of someone harassing my fam and they never came.  F**k these corrupt pigs and f**k larry too.  Cicero needs better leadership and better cops

Horrible atittude.
They need God in their lives. Dont deserve any stars. Customer service is bad, they must not live happy.
