Only giving one star because I have to in order to write a review but it deserves ZERO STARS!! This place is FILTHY!! I will NEVER return here. Every booth and table were nasty and stained. Floor looked like it hasn’t been cleaned since it opened. The food was cold and gross. They never had new pizza out. The pasta was cold. The cups plates and silverware were nasty. The cooks were helping themselves to food. Just not a place you want to go. The health dept should probably pop in on them.

We went to dinner friday Feb 9 and the place was nasty, tables had not been cleaned, plates left on sevral tables. Whole family ended up with food poisoning. Will be the last time we go.

Just left, got a refund after we saw e roaches on the drink station. Manager quickly offered a refund in hushed manner and then told us to not come back. We'll be contacting the health department first thing Monday morning.

For the price, I can't complain too much. You get what you pay for. However I must say that the store was clean, which was a surprise because past visits to this Cici's suggested that tables are usually sticky and floors are messy. The pizza and salad were okay, but the pasta was just a tad undercooked. Workers were nice. FYI, I came during lunchtime so I can't say its the same during afternoons.
