I am having dinner at the Cedar Hill, TX location and I am totally stunned by what I see.  The restaurant is pretty busy for a Sunday afternoon.  The staff is struggling to stay on top of everything and the Manager is sitting at one of the tables taking it easy.  A true manager leads by example.  At one point during my visit, they ran out plates, bowls and the pasta area needed cleaning.  Never once did the manager get up and offer any assistance or guidance.  Kudos to the staff for their hard work, but the manager needs a class in management.....

Always hard working Mexicans making the pizzas. The rest are usually lazy wanna bees. Buzzing around trying to look busy but not actually doing anything. It's annoying when you see pizza as old as the morning still sitting there. You'll be lucky not to bite into one and spitting it out due to weird metal taste. In a small area, everyone has to be doing their job. When you hire someone, make sure it's not on race quota... and more on willingness to want to keep quality. Manager changes all the time, probably for this reason. Get with the program and reward those who work and get the other lazy hoodlums out. It's toxic and annoying to see others struggle because 2 out of 6 employees want to be above their job. It's a job. Just work. Move on if you don't like it. Stop piggy backing off of everyone else. Entitled much?

Very disgusting facility. Restrooms were filthy. The busser/clean up staff was very rude after I complained about the restroom needing immediate attention. The booths were torn and cushion falling out of them. I wasn't going to complain until the busses girl gave me attitude referring to our water cups containing soda. Yes, I felt after seeing the state of this establishment, the soda was a well deserved compliment after being a paying customer. She requested me to speak to manager after giving me a ridiculous attitude and I said yes please bring out your manager in which said MOD Victor never showed. I vowed to boycott Cici's however my daughter's 12th bday is today and she loves Cici's. So we went to Ellis county location in which I was very pleased. I have video proof for home office of Cedar Hill location to help improve this location.

Very disappointed in the service. As I was sitting enjoying my food I was just observing the workers. I noticed one girl with a blue jacket on was working hard as the manager and another employee was just standing talking not doing anything. Kuddos to the girl that was working hard I even gave her a tip and congratulated her. Also I had some bonless wings that was overly cooked. Restaurant was nice but the manager needs to stop talking and help others.

My kids love to eat here. The food is pretty good, and very cheap. All you can eat for a family of 5 for less than 30 dollars is hard to beat. Had some issues with the food before, the manager didn't seemed too concerned, but he corrected the error and gave us free drinks. So, I can't complain. You get what you pay for. Protip: ordering custom is your best bet. Try the Alfredo sauce, it's way better than the regular. I just wish they would do custom stuffed crust, even if it was just one topping.
