We were standing at the door at 11, waiting for them to open. After paying, we got our drinks then requested a specialty pizza. Along came a large school group and it was all downhill from there. 
Not only did the group continue to wipe out the buffet for the next 45 minutes but staff gave our specialist pizza to someone else as well. When we asked about it, the manager said they would have to make us another. 
We tried to get tokens and one machine took our money so we went to the manager, who only suggested we tried the other. Never refunded our money. 
Our granddaughter could not play any games or even ride the horse because the group was too large and packed in there. 
So, we get tokens from the other and machine and she finally gets to put tokens into a plastic toy bubble container thin, just to use the tokens. It TAKES the tokens. 
If a school group shows up, demand a refund and get out.

Not happy at all, pizzas lacked flavor,  toppings keep falling off,  tomatoes were old and mushy,  told guy running register that there was a squished tomato on the floor,  he picked it up but did not clean up the seeds and liquid, I kept watching other patrons expecting someone to slip and fall. We were sitting a good ways from tomato mess, so not like I was going to yell for people to watch out. Don't plan on going back.

Great prices and good food.  Pizzas are made in a few minutes as you request them.

We  have been to couple of Cicis in Dallas too, But this one is the best so far. We are bunch of Indian guys and they treated us really well. Crew are polite and sweet, Specially "Ana" she was really helpful. Even if it was closing time they really care about customers.

Very friendly people. I'm almost sure you will get full. And the kids enjoy the veriety of (Italian cheap) eats.
