This has to be one of the Best Cicis I've been too, every time I've been there the food is fresh and the staff is always very nice and helpful,plus the place is always clean. Today I got the buffet with wings special and them wings were hot and spicy the way I like them. I give this place 2  up!  If anyone's looking for good place for wings and pizza u should come here.

I cannot brag enough! Mark turned this place around a few years ago and he still has the smile and energy he did from day one! The owner opens the doors for incoming guests. He and his son greet everyone and even come over and check on the guests. I hadn’t seen him in at least 2 years, and today he recognized me or pretended to and it made me feel like I was at a five star restaurant. The bathrooms are clean, the staff is friendly and are constantly cleaning the dining room. I don’t really do buffets anymore, but this one I can count on to be hot, clean and neat, and well stocked! Kudos Mark and crew! Make it contagious!!!!

I don’t ever leave a review unless service is really good or really bad! In this case service was OUTSTANDING!!!!! I came here a few years ago when the new owner Mark was taking over! He came out and greeted us and set the bar for other Cici’s! Here I am years later still impressed! He wasn’t here today, but his son Scotland was! He would be so proud to know that a tight ship is being ran even in his absence!!! I drive all the way from Frisco, skipping many locations just to come here! Good job guys! KEEP IT UP!!!!

The manager and staff of this location set an unmatched example of customer service! I've dined in the restaurant with my family, hosted a spirit night at the restaurant with my school, and ordered delivery for a school event. Dealings with the staff in each of these events have been exceptional! Thank you for setting such a high bar and continuing to provide customer service at this level! The food is great too! :

The service was amazing from start to finished I wasn’t expecting to dine it especially since I have a little one. But I got a warm welcome and great food. Everything was fresh and their was not one single rude mean or bad attitude employee. They even help me grab the high chair. They constantly check up on me to make sure no unused dishes were on the table. Will definitely come back BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. 10/10 :

This is absolutely the best Cicis Pizza I have ever eaten at. The quality of the food is so above any other Cicis. The managers, the entire staff were so friendly and so helpful. Lets be honest cicis has changed drastically since we were kids, and not for the better. However, the crew here brought me back to my childhood. Greeted by the entire team upon arrival, and was checked on by multiple members of the crew here making sure i was taken care of. They actually had a variety. I owe this place so much gratitude for the hospitality.

Wow!!! If you have ever wondered where the Chick-fil-A employees go after they are done eating chicken.... It's here! This Cicis location is the absolute BEST ever. The staff is extraordinarily friendly, the inside restaurant is extremely clean and all the food is super fresh. I've never been to a better Cicis location and neither will you. Run don't walk to this location!!!!

Very friendly customer service and very fun workers. The food was fresh and the waiters made sure we had everything we needed. If you're ever in the South Arlington area please stop by and check out this clean fresh fun environment.
