Horrible experience at this location the food was cold and old ordered a personal pizza for my group of ten because none of the pizza was hot then when we received the pizza it was a kids pizza for a group of ten smaller than the pizza that is pictured so I decided to order us another pizza the same way the manager pictured told me that it’s one order per person I was mind blown because if never herd of this and I’ve been to several ci ci pizza but I understood they are franchise and that may be there policy but again I had a group of ten they way he spoke to me and tried to exchange inappropriate words with me I was completely embarrassed and extremely disappointed I gathered my group and we went to a Chinese buffet I do not recommend this place at if u can drive some where else I highly recommend you do so !

Haven't been to CiCi's in years! I'll tell you this location was great! The pizza was very fresh and tasty! The salad bar was fully stocked and also fresh! Pasta was cooked nice. Staff was friendly too!! Definitely had a Great experience here and definitely will be back Kid-friendliness: Arcade games for kids
As a lover of pizza, this is definitely not in the top three, but it’s a nice spot to hang out with friends and family! The area was clean, the ladies working behind the counter were attentive and frequently changing out the pizzas. While they had TVs, they weren’t loud and obnoxious, so you can still enjoy speaking with your peeps. The bathroom was clean as well. I enjoyed playing some of their arcade games which you can get a card for that you can refill. A little bit expensive to play consistently, but it’s nice for just chilling. Don’t forget to check their website for special deals as they have certain sales on certain days or sometimes a two for one!
Food was decent for the price but I have been to Cicis many times and for this location in particular the employees looked and sounded like they didn't want to be there. But....the whole reason I went on a Tuesday is because I saw 4.99 adult buffet online. Apparently it was a coupon. So my boyfriend paid and told me it wasn't 4.99 so I was confused. I had already grabbed a plate of salad and started eating. I investigated on my phone, realized it was a coupon, told the guy what happened hoping they would just refund and recharge me and he said because I already started eating that he couldn't. To me that's dumb, I've worked in so many restaurants and getting me a better price to keep me coming back would have been the right thing to do. I don't plan on going to any Cicis restaurants in the future because it's just not worth it to me.
Cool little spot to try and grab some unique slices of pizza. You can make your own imaginative pizza or grab some of the premade selections available best is anything pepperoni . The cheesy bread and marinara sauce are nice snacks too. This place is really tailored to children parties and hungry college students . The place was very clean when we went and staff is very friendly!
Quick place, inexpensive! They have a variety of pizzas on the buffet lineup. Still I always prefer their personal order option, the pizza comes fresh and hot ! Staffs were really awesome , welcoming and smiling
The variety of pizzas are great, and they will make you anything you want. Pasta is well cooked and you have your choice of tomato sauce and alfredo sauce. The soups are very tasty. They have a very good salad bar. It is self-service, but the servers are very good at keeping the tables clean and making sure you have everything you need. Also, you can't beat the price at $8.95! Kid-friendliness: They have plenty of room for kids, and several arcade machines they can play with for money.
Placed a specialty pizza order at the front it never got put im not sure she understood I tried to explain twice I gave up. Food was old when I arrived although after waiting on nothing special I ordered to come up that didn't they put out fresh pizza... too little too late... I can say the soda was top notch. Vegetarian options: Salad Wheelchair accessibility: There's handicap parking and ramps
We actually love this place. The staff is nice, the pizza is decent and my toddler loves the freedom of being able to have fun and not feel like she's getting in the way.Food: 5/5
