The food here was OVERPRICED and took way too long to arrive. My pizza came out cold, and I paid 8 dollars for a tossed salad and didn’t receive all the condiments that was suppose to be in it. On top of that, the salad came in a small container that wasn’t even filled all the way. I am not satisfied with the service here.

They forgot to put the toppings on my pizza, so i called to have it fixed and the girl told me that I was wrong and that "thats not what i ordered." As someone who works in the food business I know that mistakes happen (seems to happen a lot with this place), but I also certainly know thats not how you handle an unsatisfied customer. Im usually understanding, but it has gotten redic. In the past they forgot my 2 liter on a delivery order and the driver said he would be right back and never showed back up with it and when i called they wouldn't answer. just crazy how terrible the employees are

I ordered at 9:00pm. Took my order told me it would get delivered right away. Waited 2 hours still nothing. Kept calling and nobody answered. Decided to drive there and it's closed. The funds were taking out my account and all. This is the worst experience I've ever had and this is very sad and frustrating. I ordered multiple things at that. I just want my money back never again will i order from you again

Ordered delivery for the office, two of us chose the Chicken Parmesan Sandwich, which turned out to be a big mistake. Chicken was so overcooked that it was chewy and dry. Delivery was fast , but that doesn't matter if the food is inedible.

My boyfriend and I wanted to order a bunch of food and binge watch our favorite tv show last night so we decided we'd get takeout from Ciconte's because he swears by their wings. We had ordered a 12" pizza with meatballs and extra sauce, mozzarella sticks, wings well done, a cannoli, and a piece of their tiramisu. The pizza was pretty good! I really liked their sauce, we both noticed it had a sweetness to it but it was good! Wings and mozzarella sticks were good (and it came w/ a decent size cup of marinara versus the little tiny cups you get some from places trying to be stingy with the sauce), and we were really surprised how good the cannoli was. The cream inside was great and the shell was nice and crunchy! The only thing we were disappointed w/ was their Tiramisu. It came frozen, which hey, wasn't the biggest deal, I left it out to defrost. When I ate it though, it was just really bad. The cream was more the consistency of what cheesecake is and it barely even tasted like tiramisu - more like old cheesecake. So, overall... good food but don't get their tiramisu because it's garbage.
