I've been going to cienega med spa for almost 8 months. I'm pretty happy with the services. I once had a nurse I wasn't happy with, but since then I've been satisfied. I've been going for laser hair removal. Pretty painless and so far decent results. I'll probably need more than the basic 6 sessions.

I went in for a consultation for laser hair removal at the West Hollywood location. I have had it done at other places in the past a number of years ago, but always found it to be extremely painful, so I never even thought of doing it on my chest as it would've hurt too much. After searching online for a pain free laser hair removal place in LA, I came across the Cienega Med Spa. I went in for a consultation and was skeptical. The nurse offered to do a patch test, and to my surprise it was incredibly bearable. I did my full chest and abs there and then and bought a package deal. I am very satisfied with the level of customer service, the cleanliness and the design of the place. Everyone was very friendly and informative. And of course, the laser hair removing was amazing. My only critique would be it would be nicer if they weren't piping club music throughout the spa, I'd imagine something lower tempo would be more appropriate, but that's just me, and thats a small, SMALL price to pay for the overall great experience I had there.

I received MIC shot and B12 injection today at the Santa Monica location! Very nice staff and exceptional experience! Doesn't hurt at all! I originally wanted the more expensive liquid fat dripping but the honest staff told me MIC and B12 shot would be most suitable for me! So happy with their service!

I have been thinking about getting Coolsculpting done, but wanted to find out more information about the procedure, so I went in for the "Freeze the Fat" Free Consultation.  The consultant was very knowledgeable and nice and took time to answer any questions I had.  I was impressed with how nice and clean the spa was.  I made my appointment for tomorrow and am excited to get the procedure done.
