My experience with Cinderella boutique started out as a good one. The staff and owners were friendly and reassuring. Once a dress was found, the order was place for the dress three months in advance of prom. Unfortunately due to an error on Cinderella part we were left without a dress and were not notified until the day after the dress was to arrive that it would no be back in time for prom. THREE WEEKS BEFORE THE PROM!!!! Personally I feel they forgot to order the dress due to the fact that I found the exact same dress at another shop for delivery the same day Cinderella returned my money. The lack of effort and customer service on Cinderella’s part was unbelievable. Their attitude was like "oh well... here your money. Good luck!!!" They are unprofessional and uncaring; if you care at all about your prom DO NOT SHOP HERE. THESE PEOPLE ARE UNRELIABLE!!!!
