Nice theater, wide rows giving you plenty of leg room. Acoustics and sight lines are good.  It is not stadium setting so you are looking up at the screen.
It is a single screen theater that shows the non-main stream movies on occasion. It is a little difficult to find amongst the surrounding buildings.  
Prices are not bad for the area, parking is good.

Standard Cinemark ticket price, concession availability and price. Reasonably nice seats (not recliners). No reserved seating, and parking is easy. Usually fairly empty; you don't need to arrive 20 minutes early to secure a seat.

They play only indie/art films,. There are 2 theaters, so they usually play 2 titles at a time.

Huge amount of legroom in the seats. If I straighten my legs, I can't even touch the seat in front of me.

Small theater with just two screens but shows movies which might not be available elsewhere. Not directly visible from El-Camino Real as it is located behind office buildings. Very well maintained facility and clean restrooms.

Beat the crowds and relax. Comfortable and clean. Catch the popular movie before it leaves the area.
