Good theatre with hard working employees. People complain about it being expensive but, compared to many other states and cities it's not bad. People don't understand fandango and what not aren't affiliated with cinemark and blame cinemark for wrong movie times. If you want correct movie times and to be sure of showtimes just GO TO THE WEBSITE! It's not that hard people. If you want more butter on your popcorn or have a complaint about persons or conditions of a theatre tell the employees because they may be able to fix the problem. It's the best Sierra Vista has to offer.

It has become hard to sit in older style conventional theaters when the new ones have reclining seating & all kinds of space around you.  As far as regular theaters go this 1 is basically the same.  It is however far better than its local competitor.

Overcharged me $10 Gift Card + $10.29 for two $4.78 tickets to "Greatest Show on Earth" today,  won't reimburse me. Stay Away. Not Good.

One of the movies was advertised online but when we got there, we were told that they are showing another movie instead.  Contacted the manager and he apologized and sent movies passes for us.  Although they offer Active Military discount, they don't not have Military Retiree discount.  So, your 20+ years of service doesn't mean jack.  Majority of the time, the place is run by teens...good luck finding an adult on duty.    Seats are better; but cleanliness could use an upgrade.  If the floor is sticky, that's an indicator that you might actually need to mop.

Not the fanciest of theaters, but certainly the best that Sierra Vista has to offer. They do a military discount that brings ticket prices down to about what you'd pay at the on post theater. Drink and snack prices are what you'd expect for a corporate movie theater. The theater itself is clean and well set up. The sound and picture quality is always very good. The staff is also always very helpful and friendly.
