The staff in this place are clearly in need of some basic customer service training and social skills in dealing with the public. Staff were rude and barely acknowledged you. With the amount of money you are charging at your concession counter, I believe it's about a 400% markup on popcorn, it should probably be fresh. On the upside, the facility was clean and well kept, that is what gets you the second star. 

Management... Set an expectation for your staff on how to treat your customers. Especially when it costs $40 for two movie tickets, two drinks and a popcorn.

This theater is very nice! and anyone living even REMOTELY close to it should come and support it's existance by coming for a new show (from time to time).
