We are out of time visitors. The lobby is nice. The concession stands are nice. The actual theaters themselves--complete dumps. The seats are rickety and have old gum stuck in them. The railing has severely chipped paint. I was pretty suprised about the poor condition of the theater. 
On a positive note--they have begun the process of renovating. 
Until their renovation is done, i wouldn't see another movie there.

VIP seats 100% worth it.
Tuesday cheap movie tickets makes for a perfect date night.
Bartenders make some amazing drinks and you can bring them in the showing with you!

Theatre remodel is nice. All reclining chairs cut down on the number of people in the cinema. Reduces ambient noise and able to enjoy the movie better.

Extravagance in the form of bathroom craftsmanship. Everything from the beautifully constructed tile on the wall, to the fresh Boston ferns hanging on entrance. I proud myself on my public restroom feat, but I've never seen such elegance in this form factor in all my 20 years. 

The customer service was good too.

I have NEVER been so humiliated and unfairly treated by an establishment in my life. My husband and I were singled out and harassed by a couple of the theaters employees and even the manager while we were quietly and excitedly waiting for the movie to start.

We decided today that we were going to drive an hour to Florence and have a "date night," because I have just gotten over a month of severe depression/anxiety.

We arrived pretty early, and I was the first to arrive in the theater that was showing the movie we wanted to see, so I had the entire seating available to me. I chose to sit in probably the most prime location, choosing the middle row and the middle seats in that row. My husband was retrieving drinks and snacks while I waited. 

The theater soon filled up pretty completely, aside from a few lonesome seats here and there, including one on each side of us. The people who arrived after us decided they didn't want to sit next to us, I guess, so they left one seat between us. It wasn't just our row that was in this situation, as the majority of rows had least 2 empty seats, just not next to each other. 

The movie was supposed to start at 8 pm, and people were still arriving well after the start time, expecting to find grouped seats. Apparently, one older man decided to go and complain to management, and a manager or supervisor came in to see what he could do. This supervisor asked us if we could move. Normally, I bend over backwards to please people but I felt that if we arrived early enough to get proper seating, living an hour away, then there's no reason anyone else that expected proper seating couldn't have done the same. And since I wasn't the one that chose to skip a seat, I didn't feel it was my position to have to move. Not to mention, we had settled in, reclined, and had drinks and snacks on the little tables in front of us.

This supervisor walked off. Next, as the movie trailers were playing, the manager walks in and asks the people at the end of our row if they could move. They claim that they got there early and that they didn't want to move and he accepted their answer. He then walked down to us to ask us if we could scoot down, once again. At this point it was starting to feel like harassment. My anxiety was through the roof. We tried to tell him we were literally the FIRST people in that theater and that we didn't feel as if we should have to move, as these people were showing up well after the start time of the movie.

What the manager did next is something that NO manager should do. He told us that we HAD to scoot down because these people needed seats together. At this point, we asked for a refund. I wouldn't have even been able to watch and enjoy the movie after so much harassment. We were wrongly singled out and mistreated by this establishment.

We asked the manager why they were still selling tickets and he claimed that they were going to switch theaters for this movie next time so this doesn't happen again. This sounded to me like he was admitting that it was the theaters fault, not mine. If so, why were we punished for their mistake of selling too many tickets?

As we were getting our refund, the people in line asked what movie we left from and we told them and told them why. They were about to buy tickets to that same movie but decided to leave for Wilder after hearing what we had to say.

I'm 32 years old, and if I ever arrived late to a movie with friends and there were no seats next to each other, we sat in what seats were available. We didn't go complain to management and try to have them piss someone off to the point of forever losing their business.
We will not be back to this movie theater, perhaps not ANY Rave movie theaters.

We will be driving just a bit further and going to Wilder next time we want to watch a movie. I suggest that you do the same.
