The stuff are so rude! And the buns were completely raw  horrible experience

The Staff……. As I get older I wonder if I was like this when I was younger and working. Not bad life but they didn’t respect the fact they had customers. Talked to each other the whole interaction.  Why 4 Stars? Cause the Cinnabon was delicious.

If you're craving something sweet while shopping, this is the place to go. Good prices and cinnabons are not the only thing on the menu. Ice cream, smoothies, lemonade, etc. Definitely recommend it!

The service I got from the Cinnabon West Hartford location was phenomenal! Lissette, the store manager and her crew did an amazing job preparing my take out catering order. The cinnabons where a big hit, as we served them as a surprise instead of cake for my daughters birthday; because she is crazy about cinnabons!

They don't honor the hours on the company's own website. Call ahead - don't make my mistake and trust they'll be open just because their own website says they are. If they are open when you go, there's no guarantee they'll be willing to sell you what you ordered. Last time I successfully bought there, it was a fight to get some cinnamon rolls. Overall, don't bother making a special trip, but you may get lucky if you're in the mall anyway.

I've been a fan of this company for years eating at the queens mall location for ever so I was very excited when they oppened up here.   The staff here are so slow at serving it's a shame I mean clearly you can tell they don't wana work their. You have to wait in line sometimes for 15-20 min  to get something that's ridiculous and most of the time the mini bites are always never ready always in the oven. What's worse is it doesn't even taste the same as the other locations it's way to sweet and one can tell is not being made properly I really hope you guys improve because this is a great company and not ALL the employees are slow but you can spot he unmotivated ones like a weed in the grass and they are making everybody else look bad...

The girl working the counter was SO rude and looked MISERABLE. Slamming things and Throwing my order, forks, and crumpled up napkins in the bag while glaring at me. No, hello, no thank you's or your welcomes, no have a nice day. I understood days can be hard..... i work in retail too, and you have to at least TRY. I was nothing but kind and thankful. Super disappointed!

I love Cinnabon but I haven’t bought from the one in this mall because while the people who make the food wear gloves, the people who handle and give out the food do not wear gloves. This really turns me off from buying anything at this location. I’d love to buy from the Westfarms Cinnabon but I won’t be able to do that until the workers wear gloves.

Very disappointed. Bought four kids size ice cream and guy named Michael charged me for regular. When I told him that he is changing me wrong price he said it is tax unbelievable.
