On Saturday 7/22/17 I was driving my husband's 2012 Cruz home from work (bought it from Ciocca without issue, have had it 6 years, has almost 80,000 miles and used to use Ciocca service in the past with similar results to this instance...) in the middle of the night and the clutch went. Usually go to a friends personal garage for service but because I live close enough to Ciocca to walk home after it was towed there, decided to go there. First thing Monday morning I call and leave a message about the issue with the car. Get a call couple hours later confirming the clutch issue. They said it would take 3 days and cost roughly $1,800 (padded), a day to take it apart, a day to order parts and a day to put it back together. Thursday rolls around, I call and cars not ready because they needed to order some bolts they stripped out was then told it should be ready Friday. Called Friday and it's still not ready and they said the guy works Saturdays, it should be ready then... Saturday rolls around and I got no call, by this point I'm tired of calling for updates so I guess I'm just going to assume that it'll be ready Monday... A three day job turned into at least a week without the car, I had to call for updates for the most part and still waiting on final cost... Hopefully it's not more than the padded figure they gave me earlier given the added inconvenience of waiting at least an extra 4 days to get the car back...

I keep having such a wonderful, caring experience since I bought my new Chevrolet Trax at Ciocca Chevrolet back in December, 2016. I always hear from my Sales Person, Jacob Levine, and we stay in contact, to make sure I am still happy with my purchase. I love my new car, the look, the way it drives, everything about it, and I am so pleased with the service I receive at Ciocca, with Jacob and if I have any questions, I know I get the answers immediately. I like the service department and always receive courteous answers from Ryan and his team. I would definitely recommend Ciocca, not just for the great cars, but for the continuous great service.

Terrible and dishonest mechanics. I recently purchased a Camaro from them. The work order claimed they did numerous repairs only to find out later, almost none of the repairs were done and critical repairs were overlooked. I had to pay out of pocket at another Chevy dealership to have the repairs completed. Of course management did nothing to rectify the situation. A friend of mine is interested in buying a new Malibu and asked about this dealership. I recommended that he should go elsewhere.

I would caution anyone considering the purchase of a Chevrolet Silverado. I've been a loyal GM customer owning 14 GM vehicles since the age of 16. I purchased a new 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Z71 and have had nothing but headaches with it. There is an annoying vibration throughout the truck when driving either around town or on the highway. My pedals, seat, and steering wheel shakes but Ciocca nor GM wanted to make this right. I was told this is "normal" for a this model. The truck's been in for service 6 times now and hasn't been fixed. I'm wasting my time and wasted over 40k dollars on a lemon. I tried to trade it back on another truck but was insulted when I was told sure thing we just need $10,000 down and your payment will be somewhat higher! My advise is Google the "Chevy Shake" before you make your purchase and save yourself a lot of trouble.

I had an awesome experience. This Chevy Ciocca dealership goes above and beyond for their customers. My sales person Alex actually came in on his day off to help me, even when I assisted that he shouldn't. Thats when you know the employees truly care about its customers they serve. Every person we talked to also was great. Thank you for a great car and a great experience.
