The best shrimp and grits in the South. The lunch portion comes with collards and it’s very filling and a great price. I love Sunday brunch because of the Bloody Mary bar that includes all kinds of garnishes, hot sauces, etc for you to create your own drink. The brunch menu looks amazing but I also usually choose the shrimp and grits for brunch😉 Staff is very friendly. I love the local art throughout this quaint restaurant.

Circa is great for brunch or dinner. Weekday lunch is good too. If you want to try some classic southern food that makes you feel classy rather than guilty, this is your place. The shrimp and grits can’t be beat. The service is good and attentive. The only downside i can think of is that there is pretty limited seating, the small private room in the back of perfect for a small get together of no more than 8.

I love coming here for brunch. The food is amazing and the drinks are delicious. Their dinner and lunch is also really good and always changing so it's nice to try new things. The staff are nice and friendly.

We had dinner there. Staff was friendly and we got our food quickly but neither of us were impressed with the food. It wasn't bad but not worth the $80 we spent. The porkchop was weirdly sweet and the sea bass was just average. It oddly had a sweetness to it as well and the best part which was the wine sauce they only put very little as a garnish. I'm sure it's to some people tastes but not ours. I also got a sangria and I definitely think they maybe put a splash of alcohol. I can usually feel it after one and there was nothing, so not worth $10 for that. It's worth a go if you want something a bit different though and you like those things.

Was so taken with this little place! The food was at once simple but exceptional. I had the "hen," which was perfectly roasted and came atop roasted root vegetables and the most delicious potatoes - kind of a cross between mashed and au gratin. The server was friendly and gave great suggestions. The dining room and lounge are all in one room with a nice view of the old downtown street. We went on a quiet Tuesday, but I'm guessing that it can get pretty active later in the week.
