They go through allot of employees, most are friendly. The most frustrating thing is that they advertised the "PLENTI" cards for months and every time try to use it they's an issue.  They've told me they weren't trained to use them and 2 employees didn't even know what it was. I had to point at the display right in front of her.  Other than that I've never had any issues there.
