Just got off a long 12 hour shift, it got kind of messy and I was very irritable before I came here for a water, but Terry turned that all around with his great SERVICE and beyond pleasant mood at 5:41 in the morning. I really appreciate it.
Terribly rude staff. Couldn't explain the promotions, made me go through 3 separate transactions for one purchase and acted like it was my incompetence that caused it. One cashier is ringing me up and 2 others are criticizing me with her. I only wish I could rate this with negative stars because that's how horrible that experience was.
Don't know if it's the whole town or just this circle k but extremely racist.would recomend to look into the people this place hires.
Been going here for years buying beer in which I live right up the street. Now when you go there in the middle of the day with three cashier's on duty you get told that the beer fridge is closed after trying to hand them id for them to unlock beer fridge.Definitely have to be losing beer sales this way. This has happened multiple times. Has to be a better way to address the situation at hand.
Just had the worst experience here. There were 10+ people in line and two cashiers but one cashier didn’t let anyone know she was there until the one cashier was like she’s over there and open. But she wasn’t going to say anything. And lady was like sure wasn’t. I was in line for beer but the cooler was locked, and this same lady that wasn’t going to help anyone said “once it’s locked it’s locked”. It’s 10:27pm. Terrible.
poor policies, rules, regulations...etc. When i gave the clerk my passport as ID, he rejected it while stating that he needs to be able to scan it to bypass the age restriction pop-up on the screen state ID. When I suggested for him to enter my date of birth from the passport he claimed he doesn’t know how. The clerk obviously WANTED to take the easy way and just say “No” to any suggestion coming from me so that he could be on the safe side. Luckily google maps showed me Exxon down the street or I would’ve had no gas to continue my trip. Btw, the clerk was asking for my ID in order for me to use my Credit Card to get gas!!!!!!!
I was hit by a driver as a pedestrian walking back to my car at this location. I would have contacted the police but I feared that my life was in danger as the driver of the vehicle showed no remorse for his actions as a licensed/insured driver in Memphis, TN. My foot was almost run over by this car and I was 'lucky' to only be hit in the head by the drivers side windshield mirror. I need and am actively seeking legal representation for this incident. The business in this case does have plenty of security footage to support my claim. This specific location is constantly monitored by MPD and county Sheriff's. Should've sued. Call me JMMM I have evidence. Sincerely, The Victim.
Bad customer service air machine credit card is not working I went inside a store to get some quarters The cashier refuse to give me any quarters
It's 2 am and I just got off work and stop at Circle K to get some gas and the lady says they have no gas and I told her that they said the samething last time I came by about the same time. If you don't have gas why have the gas station open or why should they be on the clock just my opinion.
9/29/21: Store request customers to wear mask, but of the 3 staff neither had on a mask. The outside walkway is filthy with gum and dark stains along the walkway.
