We just went through hurricane Irma and things are rough. Gas lines are terrible when you could find gas. We pulled into a line for gas at Circle K in Lecanto Fl @highway 491 and Cr 486. They were amazing, well organized, keeping the line going and everybody got in and out quickly. Other lines around town you hear 4hrs. We were in and out in 45 mins. The employees that were directing people to the pumps were great. You have a life long customer. I thought it would be nice to drop a note of thanks.

All the employees and management are always friendly and joking with the customers. Love stopping in there.

This store is HORABLE!!!!! The assistant store manager Melissa does not work, she hangs outside in the parking lot with her friends and her boyfriend leaving all the other employees working inside with a long line of customers. If a customer has a complaint about her she runs to her friends outside and has them take pictures and yell things at you. Example. Yesterday I wanted to make a complaint about Melissa and I pulled her aside from her group of people she was hanging with, that don't work their. I asked her for a name and number to call to make a complaint about her professionalism. She walked away from me, went outside back to her friends and began taking pictures of me and my mother in the store and making facial and hand gestures to us through the window. Now you can clearly see that I'm physically disabled due to the scars on my neck, head, and leg, my vehicle was parked in the handicap spot next to their vehicle with the disabled placard in the window. The boyfriend and his friend thought they were tuff guys picking on my mother who is in her 60's and me being handicap. Melissa the ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER was video taping this event, laughing with 2 young children in the back of the friends vehicle. If this store can put a person like that in charge then I am sure there are a lot of other problems going on there. Very sad to see people act like this. Melissa should be fired ASAP and who ever placed her in that position should be terminated because they clearly don't make good judgment calls for the company. The first picture is Melissa with her friends. The second picture is her boyfriend she ran to get when we complained about her.

They try to upsell you on everything. No I don't want a cheap candy bar, or a 2 pack special on cigarettes, or a lotto ticket, or donate to the red Cross. They make a used car dealer seem tame.

Store is a dirty inside including restrooms when ive visited.
