The one star is as low as I can go or I would go lower; the employees are mistreated, underpaid, and poor in service depending on the employee helping you. Examples of this are employees sleeping on the job repeatedly and not being terminated while a hard working employee is fired out of hand for making complaints about the unfairness. An employee being docked a day off his schedule for tardiness while a repeat offender goes unchastised. The examples are almost endless. The manager yelling at employees due to a low independant shopper score, an employee accused of brandishing a knife against customers, not paying employees for the complete time they are clocked in at the managers apparent discretion. Being forced to take abuse from unbalanced or drunken customers. This does not even account the poor cleanliness of the restrooms, a paroled felon carrying a hunting knife at work, or other issues.
