Took the wife to the happy hour at Cisco's.  We had to sit outside with the smokers.  Ordered drinks and food.  My wife ordered fajitas and I ordered Nachos.  After waiting for what seemed an eternity I went inside to find our waitress.  Evidently our waitress had ended her shift and someone else was supposed to replace her.  We got a new waitress who was very  pologetic. The fajitas arrived cold and somehow the cook had forgotten to put any cheese on the nachos.  I told the waitress and she went inside and after a long wait she gave me a tiny bowl with some dry cheese!
I've lived in Westlake Village for more than 30 years and I love Mexican food.  I was  heartbroken when Lupe's closed as I ate there almost every week.  Every year I try Cisco's again and every time I am disappointed with the food.  Sharky's does  a much better job and for much less.

Fish tacos were awesome.. But the moclajete chicken was undercooked.. when it came back after they recooked, it was still rubbery.. had to finally send it back..

First time visit to this restaurant.   My husband and I decided to have the all you can eat brunch, the food was just alright .   It did not have that Mexican food taste very bland.  The place was clean and the service was good.  I did like the fruit salad and the balsamic vinegar dressing.

Cisco's is one of the best Mexican restaurants you can find in  the area! We come back every year for our birthday celebrations!
