Citadel may be the dumbest lender I have ever dealt with. They deal with money all day, do online banking etc... yet there is an $8 service charge for making my payment online? Really? Because it saves so much time having someone open the envelope and manually enter that I paid into an account? Never again will I deal with them after this car loan is paid off :)
