I had the worst experience of my life. I gave them my car to fix the squealing noise in my front brakes. The owner (i think his name is Jeff) told me that he could possibly clean the brake pads and calipers and that way i will not have to change them. He called me after few minutes and told me that the brakes are worn out and needs to be changed. He then called me and asked me if i wanted to go for better brakes so that i don't have to worry about it for a long time, which i agreed to. He cost me a hefty amount ($360) for front brakes. Although the cost was high, i was happy that my car will run without any problems. But in next 4-5 days the front brakes started making squealing noise again, about which i informed Jeff and he agreed to fix it without any extra cost. When i got the car back, $40 was missing from my car (I am taking that as my mistake and i shouldn't have left money in the car, so can't blame him) and in next 2 days, the front brakes again started making the squealing noise.
This time i thought of getting my car fixed by Toyota service center. They informed me few parts like rattle etc. were missing which were not assembled while fixing the brakes. Due to this the calipers can be blocked in either open position (where brakes won't apply and can lead to an accident) or closed position ( where it won't allow my car to move forward). I immediately asked to fix this which cost me $1060. 
I hate this place and will NEVER NEVER go back there again.
