I was in line waiting as the three employees kept talking about their personal lives. One of them was resting her arms on top of the counter at the second register on the Customer's side. When the couple in front of me finished their transaction with the lady running the first register, I assumed it was my turn. As I proceeded to get my stuff from the shopping cart..........this employee chilling and chatting at the second register, says "Excuse me"........... I was so confused, but then I see she had a shirt she wanted to pay for that i had not seen previously. I felt disrespected............ This employee could have waited for me, a customer to be helped. OR AT THE VERY LEAST explain that she was in fact in line and NOT JUST CHATTING with her co-workers. NO ONE ELSE seemed to care to correct her behavior........... I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS GHETTO STORE.

I would give it a 0 if I could. My friend brought some white wedges that were $9.99 so I decided that I wanted to go get a pair, and when we got there they were still $9.99 get to the counter and they rang up to be $14.99 so the cashier called the manager and he made me feel like it was my fault that those shoes rang up $14.99. when they are clearly marked $9.99 so I basically let him know that she had bought those shoes 24 hours before I got there and they have plenty of time to Mark those shoes up to the right price, and he basically humiliated us and call me broke told me that if I didn't have the money then I can just leave the shoes and what was I doing in that store anyway. The money wasn't the issue I had just got paid that day it was more so the principal. I am very upset with Citi Trends because I have been shopping with them for many many years and it makes me feel like I have bought things from Citi Trends and didn't look at the receipt and they overcharged me. Citi Trends in High Point North Carolina the manager was very rude and was very inconsiderate and I had someone to go look at the shoes the next day as well and they were still marked $9.99 I feel like they were trying to get over thank you for reading my review have a nice day.
