My co worked and I️ were standing in line waiting for change when Valerie called for the next person she told us she couldn’t help us because it was the business line. Then proceed to call for other guest. She rung her bell again and we were next and we told her that you could’ve helped us the first time instead of sending us back in line. It was her and one other teller, no one else came to help to get the line down

My mom went in to this branch to cash a check my girlfriend gave her. She was asked for all sorts of ID's her social up to even asked what is her job title. Which is totally uncalled for I think. She asked for a manager and was told everything she was being asked for was government rules. I don't think that after 3 different gov't ID's, social security number, and even asked for her job title is too much.

I have always had a great experience with Citibank and all its branches except for this one. There are always 15 to 20 people in line while only one teller is open. The same excuse is always given out stating that they are short handed. Seems pretty weird that for the past 3 years I have been going to this branch they are always short handed. I tried on multiple occasions to open a secondary account only to be sent back home stating they cannot help me because they once again are short handed. Keep in mind this is different days out of the week at different times. I rather drive an extra 10 minutes to go to a branch that actually cares about its members.

The complaints of horrible service are justified. One Friday afternoon (a peak banking time) there was just ONE teller available and not even a teller at the commercial/business window.... the line was by my count over 25-30 deep. I simply had to leave. In addition to this very poor service on providing information on a loan account. The "manager" (sic) was completely indifferent to what was going on. HORRIBLE BANK. If we did not have loan payment to make there I would never step foot into a Citibank branch.
