Perfect date or girls night spot! We ordered 2 flights, White Flight and Premium Red Flight. The gentleman helped us pick out a substitute since they were out of one of the reds, and it was a great choice! Can’t wait to try the others and the food next time!Service: 5/5

It's a nice little place to go and enjoy a good wine with some small meals. The pesto chicken and bacon flat bread were good, but the Nashville sliders are amazing with the honey glaze!!!Food: 5/5

Food and atmosphere are ok at best. The service has been poor; brusque, if I was being sensitive, would have classified as rude. Twice in a row.  Probably will avoid.Food: 3/5

If you're in downtown Folsom or looking for a nice little adventure check out Citizen Vine. The day we went there were people dresses in costume - think Tombstone or fancy frontier style. I believe they meet there regularly. My first 2 second red wine selections were out but my 3rd choice was great. Service was great. I will definitely go again.

Outdoor sunny afternoon, glass of wine, good book and some pizza!  Passing through Folsom and would love to come back.  Tried the Brussels sprouts pizza GF.

What a cute place, patio, great space to relax. I can appreciate a quaint place.  The wine pour was super awesome very knowledgeable on the wine, friendly and accommodating. I have tons of food allergies so it limits my choices I hate to be that person. However I wasn't made to feel weird or that I was a problem as most places often do. As a chef it was a pretty tasty cheese board . I left off a bunch. I saw the full board it was a lot! This will be our stop when in town. Thank you for making us feel wanted . A true hospitality place. Please stop in!

We stopped in on a Friday for happy hour, and to our delight, live music was starting. The charcuterie tray was fabulous as was the wine, and the service was spot on. The music was amazing! Get there early because this place fills up quickly. We will be back!Food: 5/5

Yum! Frank Family flight pictured. Great deals on wine and tapas. They had a good selection of beer for my non wine drinking husband which is always great. Got a good bottle of Chardonnay for $5 at their wine sale! Sutter street is gorgeous as well so I recommend stopping here before or after your shopping!

Absolutely loved Citizen Vine and the whole atmosphere. Our tapas were amzing as were our glasses. We had the Asparagus Prosciutto Bundles and Margherita Flatbread add protein. We each had a glass of Cab Sauv, "Heavyweight", so good! Our server Shannan, was absolutely amazing! She served a full house, by herself and never missed a beat, while keeping a delightful vibe. Will definitely be back!
