Managers just want to push you on someone else and then your on hold almost a hour explaining things you explained three months ago

Manager was very underhanded and snippy  when "helping" me. The older banker with glasses does not know what he's doing and the chubby teller is very rude.

Staff is incompetent and rude all around. Especially short lady with glasses handing out candy. Waited forever and listened to short lady berate employees. I'm never going back to this bank!
