I arrived at the bank 10 to 15 minutes before closing time and they had already locked the doors! It wasn't a holiday, they were still in the bank in fact there were still costumers in the bank! I am dfinately switching banks and soon. I suggest you do the same!

I went to talk to customer service.  The customer service person was on the phone.  I made sure that she noticed me waiting for her.  Then she hung up and called another person.  Then she did made another phone call then another one.  She called 5 people and most of those were personal.  I wited there for 45 minutes and she was still on the phone.  It consumed my lunch hour without even me asking the simple question that I had.  She totally ignored me.  I will never go to that branch again.
