I love banking at Citizens. Not only do I get to keep my money working in my community, but I also get to deal with bankers who are active civicly here in McMinnville. There is never a line, you don't get charged to talk to a teller and the tellers know your name. I've had to go to the big banks on errands for a friend, and it's awful. 8 windows with no teller in them, a "greeter" who is paid to try to make you feel like they care about you while you stand in line for half an hour. Thanks, but no thanks, I'll keep my money at home with people who are genuine.

I never knew a bank could be so personable till we started doing business banking here. They always know who you are when you walk in the door and you don't have to deal with loooong waits and being hit up to open a credit card every time you're in there like certain other banks *cough*wellsfargo*cough*
