Went here on a weekend with my wife to open a new checking account. There were two people working in the branch and the only one who could open accounts was engaged with another customer. We waited over an hour before finally leaving without opening the account. It was a frustrating experience. The professional thing to do would have been for one of the employees to tell us that this customer was going to take a while to service and it might be best to come back later. I do not intend to return and we will be opening an account elsewhere. I would not trust a financial institution that does not value my time.

Bad experience. Unprofessional. Big waste of our time.

Always had Amazing customer experiance, Switched from WF to CCF and havent regretted it since!

Very bad customer service. The woman working was incredibly disrespectful to a customer who wanted to convert his coins into cash. Very uncomfortable witnessing that transaction. Meanwhile, I had bad customer service over the phone with a question I had a few weeks later. I will be canceling my account ASAP.
