The agent here was very rude.  Several times threatened my friend with jail time if did not turn over the car.  At this point he has a disability claim on the loan as well as a collision claim on the vehicle that would likely come close to paying it off. What a schmuck called me and my friend a lier many times.  He does not even know me.

Horrible. Bullying temperament by Urbandale agent. Very displeased will be looking to refinance at another institution. Suggest employee review or customer relations training.

Horrible company. I've experienced some of the most idiotic business practices with these people.  While conducting business with these people I found myself saying to myself repeatedly am I in the twilight zone ?

Payed my car payment in the drop box and they say I'm 50 days past screwed up my payment and repossessed my car for being $232.43 past due would not recommend these people always giving notices saying I'm passed due when I'm current
