location is very clean and new but that may be all that is positive coming from Citrus Grove Dental! They are older philipino ladies and the dental assistant is not attentive at all. I went in for a teeth cleaning and they told me I needed fillings on my front and bottom tooth. The dental assistant kept letting me choke on my own spit, that i ended up grabbing the tube from her and just doing it myself for a little bit everytime i started to strugle. Later she would take it from me again and cut the back of my mouth with the tube because she was so rough with it, i ended up with a canker sore at the back of my mouth where she was stabbing me. After getting my fillings done and the numbing had subsided i noticed my tooth on the upper right side had became extremely sensitive. So sensitive I couldnt even chew on my right side anymore. I went back a total of 3 times in three weeks. Everytime she would just shave down my back tooth, assuming it was the bite and everytime i leave the pain would still be there. I knew something wasn't right as my tooth was just fine before the filling. After the 3rd week I couldn't handle it anymore and decided to call a different dentist for a second opinon. I got everything ex rayed and the new dentist told me the filling still had a strong hint of cavity!!! I can't believe it, my new dentist ended up redoing my filling and cleaning out the rest of the cavitiy that was left behind by the previous dentist and load and behold ...my pain had stopped completely in a matter of hours! Goes to show..a pretty cook doesn't always mean the food is good!
