Very happy with the cut of my baby and the timing they kept him. however they never answer the phone when you call, if you leave a message they never call you back... even if you spoke to someone and they say they will call you back. So I can never make an appointment for Riley’s haircut. Due to the phone I had to give them a 3 star but the groomers are wonderful. Better make an appointment before you leave or you maybe looking for a new groomer.

Great facility! Had my pup stay in one of the "Townhouses" & he had a blast! Came home content and worn out from playing in the yard. The girls were caring, friendly and very accommodating. He'll be staying there any time I need to go away without him. They even offer daycare! Pricing is very reasonable as well.

We are visiting the area from out of town for 2 weeks and needed a place for our very energetic dog to play.  She had a great time there and we were able to get some things done on our camper.  Will definitely bring her again.

I hate leaving my cats behind during vacations. I have always felt so bad for them. This is the first place I've taken my cats where I know they will be well taken care of while I'm gone. The staff is so sweet. They always remember the cats and me. Both of my cats are very comfortable here. I know my cats are in great hands. These guys will take very good care of your pet.

Moved to Florida three years ago and have been using Citrus Pawville whenever we travel and/or if we need our Labrador Retriever groomed.  The staff is a pleasure to deal with, booking, checking in and checking out are always smooth, Maggie is always eager going in and boundlessly happy when picked up.  She gets day care playtime with other dogs while boarding and there has never been any problem with the dogs she interacts with.  She is always bathed and totally blown dry when we pick her up.  The facility always looks and smells clean and we get email reports on her besides our own phone inquiries.  The prices are right as well. Could not be happier or more confident about leaving our beloved dog in the care of Citrus Pawville.
