City bank is the worst bank in town!
They won't work with you on anything even if it is their fault. I deposited cash on a Friday to cover a check and they wouldn't honor it. They said that cash doesn't go strait in when in fact it does and has at other banks and this one for many years. I have had an account with this bank for over 12 years and they just don't seem to care about anyone but them selves. My suggestion is to find another bank that won't take advantage of you.

One of the most helpful and nicest customer service folks I have encountered! BTW this location closes at 5 pm and not 6, as indicated on the website.

I recently moved to Lubbock and had to get a couple vehicles registered in this county when that time came.  The tax assessor folks were quick and helpful.
