As a long time customer I couldn't be more happy to bank here. They know me every time I walk in and they will do anything they can to make you happy. They have a great app and if you have a problem they will get it fixed and make it easy.

The bank has been good so far. I wanted to switch banks to get away from Wells Fargo...The only problem I've had is when I set up my new account, they gave me my new debit card and told me it was just a temporary one and that I would get my permanent one in the mail. After two weeks and not getting my card, I went in and asked about it. They said, "Ok wait right here." They bring me back my card with my name in it and everything..... WHY DIDNT YOU JUST GIVE IT TO ME WHEN I SET UP MY ACCOUNT THE FIRST TIME?!

When setting up a new business checking account, they were very helpful. Everyone is always friendly and approachable.

I went through the drive thru, commercial lane, dropped my deposit and proceeded to wait for 15 minutes until I pushed the call button. Asked "what's the problem?" They proceed to tell me the check I am depositing isn't made payable to the account I am trying to deposit to and are calling the owner. What wxactly is the owner going to do about this check?? Why waste 15 minutes of my time when they could have said ma'am, this check can't be deposited because it's not made payable to the name on the account? I make my offices deposits all the time and it's always a hassle with this bank. They lack common sense.
