Did a catering order for a grad party, and it was really great. They did a great job working with me on the menu, handling adjustments, and confirming the delivery a couple days in advance.  When it arrived, the delivery person did a great job setting up. Putting down butcher's paper first and labeling each item there was a neat touch. Also great that all the trays and utensils are included. Our guests commented on how good the food was. Would definitely do catering again from them.

Asked for my $105 order to be to go she even asked me she obviously knew it was to go per our conversation but failed to do so bringing out everything on plates and mixing two separate orders of brisket together for us to weigh out I guess ‍ When I brought it up to the so called manager she was loud and kept interrupting me like I didn’t know what I was talking about trying to correct me.  Look get competent workers and I wouldn’t have to complain. By reading other reviews and seeing all the workers slacking off and constantly on their phones  I can see how this place is being run

I’m from Kansas City and I’m not afraid to say I know good BBQ. So here I am in Cleveland thinking there’s no way this will be good. Well I was impressed!  The pulled pork was some of the best I’ve had anywhere. The brisket was sliced thick and they leave the point and flat together so it stays moist and tender. Add in fresh cut fries and the fact the owner came out some free desserts this place is a 10. Can’t wait to get back to Cleveland and City BBQ!

We knew from the tantalizing aroma in the parking lot that this place was going to have the best BBQ around, and we were NOT disappointed! The staff were extremely courteous, our order was prompt and delivered to our table, and the employees were very attentive. They brought us to-go containers for the BBQ, the sides, and even lids for our sauce cups. I didn't have any left over, as I devoured it, but my wife did so she took it home. We both had pulled pork sandwiches, she got the potato salad and had the baked beans with brisket. It was very delicious and made our tummies happy . City Barbeque is now on our list of favorite spots to eat..  Kid-friendliness: Great atmosphere for kids and family

They're food is amazing! Go early because they sell out fast! Turkey and corn casserole is consistently sold out by 4-5pm for dinner I prefer their pulled chicken and sausage ! Hands down the best bbq chain restaurant.Food: 5/5

5 Stars before my first bite. After not being successful at online ordering, I decided to order in person. I arrived at 8pm exactly, and was the last person to place an order which I was grateful they accepted. Stephanie was a very pleasant and kind person as she helped me order of what was not sold out. The main door was locked and they could have refused to serve me. After About 3 mins wait time the manager Ms. Steph, was directing staff on closing duties, she asked them to assist with the customer order. This is when 5 additional Stars are in order. Ms.Steph took it upon herself to make sure my order was completed and accurate. I truly appt her personal care in making sure her customer was happy, even at the end of the work day she was smiling as were all other staff. Many acknowledged me and all were cheerful and kind. Refreshing in the day when customer service is lacking. This crew all deserve a pat on the back. Thank you Ms.Stephi. You made me smile in more ways than one. BTW the food is really good. Baked Beans and Mac And Cheese are tops in sides. I will return sooner than expected
