It is in Northwest DC - Google hasn't corrected its mistake - NW DC. The parking management may be unpleasant, but the gate staff are good people. Saturday afternoon 12/10/16 11th Street NW entrance - I came across the most helpful gate attendant. She took the time to let drivers know there were more parking spots in the back. Unfortunately, I believe the management staff has been jaded and disappointed in the way people treat them. I too have gone to them upset wanting their assistance, but they were uncooperative. This is enough to put the best human being into a crappy mood - days in and out of people yelling at them can take its toll - we reap what we sow. Work is work and an honest days work should make anyone feel good about what they accomplished that day. As my husband repeatedly tells me - deep breath. Let's try to be kinder to one another - heck we all have our issues and carry with us day in and out.... My biggest complaint is that the Electric nrg chargers (eVgo) do not work - and parking management doesn't know how to fix it or get them to work. Oh well..... They should be removed or repaired - it is simple as that...

This review is for the City Center parking garage managed by Park America. Parking itself is hassle free. You're good as long as you don't have to deal with Park America. The manager is quite unpleasant, bordering rude.

I hated it, we overlapped 1 hour and they charged us for the entire afternoon, staff is extremely rude and the manager too. Don't park here, there are cheaper and closer places elsewhere
