I ordered 12 calla lilies for Valentine's day 3 weeks in advance. They quoted me $6 per flower, which came out at $72. Then they said they'll give me a discount, so I ended up paying $60 pretax. When I came up to pick up the calla lilies on Valentine's day, they only gave me 8 flowers, and claimed that they had no records of me ordering 12! The flowers were also not in a very good shape - they definitely had been sitting there for a couple of days. I've had flowers from Safeway last longer than these: the blossoms started falling off in a few days.

TLDR: I would avoid this place.

Was hoping to get a small arrangement for my anniversary dinner at Daniels Boiler. The woman whom I spoke with was quite annoyed at the idea of putting something simple a  special together to help me celebrate this occasion - to the extent that she rolled her eyes at my request. Walked out and will not return nor recommend to anyone that is in the market.

I've used City Flowers for many floral arrangements. Their customer service has never been short of stellar. They go above and beyond the normal retail experience. Their arrangements are special and sophisticated. They are my go-to florists in the Seattle area.

Vase that arrived wasn't the same as the one I ordered.  The associate I spoke with prior to placing the order never mentioned that the vase pictured on the website was out of stock even though I asked a number of questions in particular about the vase.  
On top of that the roses lost all scent after a day.  I realize this is a risk you take ordering flowers in february but for what this florist charged I was expecting the flowers to be more fresh than what was delivered.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife a day in advance for our anniversary. I had to call them, because they never came on time. They had to hurry up the delivery before my wife left for work at 5pm.They only did it because I called and asked why they werent delivered in a timely manner.I am very dissapointed in this shop and wont be dealing with them ever again!
