Just went in the store waited for 5 minutes for someone to help me. No one offered to help so i just sat down on a table and watch these fools...Then I saw a lady standing at the back room with some kid so i thought she was a customer. Then a customer came in and she started helping them. So i ask her after they left do she work her? She was like yes I  said I been waiting on someone to help me and you been baby sitting and selecting who you want to help. None of these fools wear name badges. I think she was the manager had her son at work. Then get mad cause I told he off dumb self we shopping for the product you just here in da way. Not to mention the other employee girl who is a stripper I know cause another stripper came in to exchange shoes and they hurried up and help the trash stripper. This store aint about nothing. Going to the other city gear. Ghetto employees

This is the worst place ever! The cashier or sales associate whom ever she is, didn't even acknowledge people as they entered. And she never checked on us! Me and my bf had to come to the register with the shoes! And to top it all off they have a no return policy. I'm never shopping here again. And the sales associate Alexis needs to somewhere else if she doesn't like her job. THE WORST

I really enjoyed the customer service! I like their method for newly dropped shoes and I will defiantly be coming back for more business

Excellent service and the nicest and most friendly group of employees at any sneaker store I've ever been to. Not to mention great prices and sales for a wide selection of premium shoes. Got me the slickest pair of LeBrons there.
