If I could've gave them less stars I would. I called them and reserved my spot to get my car detailed. They said someone would call me to confirm I want to keep the appointment the day before. The car was due to their shop on Monday, but no one called on Sunday. Monday morning I rush to drop the kids to school in order to make my appointment. Called them to let them know I was on my way, and the lady tells she has to ask the guy. After being on hold for about 2 minutes she comes back and says they canceled my appointment and she is not sure why they didn't call me. I asked why they canceled the appointment and she says because they are busy. She apologized and asked if she should reschedule me. I told her no. Their professionalism was lacking and that was a turn off. I surely can't trust my car to you. Like I said If I could give them less stars I would.

Last two weeks I paid $25 for ultimate. Why young Co workers cleaned outside but they didn't clean my interior. This place is the ripped off

This place is probably all you can ask for in a car wash place. They offer a lot of packages and services so whatever you are looking for they probably provide. The car washes come with hand drying at the end. I am also a huge fan of the unlimited car washes which they even offer various levels where you can get anything from basic to ultimate.

Got an oil change with this place they used  diluted oil and damaged my engine, had to bring it to the dealer pay for the diagnostic and the dealer came up with information that the oil that was used was incorrect. Went to the place asked for a refund and I was denied will be taking them to small claims. Stay away from this place they are crooks!
